Biography

Jeff Horsburgh is an Associate Professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering and at the Utah Water Research Laboratory at Utah State University

Teaching Interests

Hydroinformatics, Geographic Information Systems

Research Interests

I focus on watershed hydrology, surface water quality, and human dimensions of water use. My research includes observation systems and sensor networks, data models, development of cyberinfrastructure supporting environmental observations, using Geographic Information Systems for data analysis and dissemination, and modeling techniques for surface water hydrology and water quality.
